How do we measure success?  I've been a firm believer that the best decisions are data-driven.  Aligning goals across company functions and determining quantifiable success metrics at the inception of an initiative or project keeps the team on track for continuous improvement.   Goals need to be reassessed periodically based on learnings and evolution of corporate strategy.
